How you may use this
Use it as you wish. Adapt it, cut it, teach it. The personal stories are mine: either credit me for those or, better, tell your own. Most of the rest I gathered from other sources over the years, so I claim little original here. My one requirement — do not take this and teach it without further study.

- Worry is a distraction (v 26)

- Worry is faithless - or distrusting (v 31-32) we should be distinctive from the world around us
When we worry, it demonstrates a lack of faith.
- Worry is out of focus (v 33) First things first, lesser things take care of themselves
- Worry is borrowed trouble. (V 34) most of worry is completely unfounded!
